All Good Dog Academy courses are 100% online giving you flexibility to study at your own pace in your own space. 

Monthly LIVE webinars, with our Director of Training, Jaime Knowles, provide opportunities for you to ask your questions and discuss everything ‘dog’ in an energetic and fun community atmosphere.

You can also connect with our Student Mentor, Cat Barrette, during her office hours. She can answer any of your questions and help you with next steps.

On average, you can expect to take 4 - 6 weeks to complete the Theory section and write your final exam. Your Canine First Aid course will take 8-10 hours. We want you to slow down and take your time while moving through the Practical Skills Development portion of the program. 

Again, on average, we find that students complete the program in about 28 weeks. Some less, some more. 

Sometimes big life events happen and you might need to step away from your studies for a short period. Remember - you have one full year to complete the program.

Full Pay Refund Period is 7 days. In the first 7 days, you will have access to the first 5 courses. To receive a refund, we require written notification within 7 days. After 7 days, all remaining content will become available.

If you want to have the full program open within the first 7 days, email [email protected] indicating that you want to waive your eligibility for a refund and we will open everything for you.

If a payment is declined for whatever reason, your program will be immediately deactivated until a resolution for the payment is made. It is your responsibility to contact us and make arrangements to bring your account up to date.

No certificate will be issued without full payment.
